Before exchanging/returning

Please return both items and packaging in their original condition: undamaged, clean, with tags, and/or packaging intact. If you received a gift during a promotion, please include it in the return. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not accept exchanges or returns sent with cash on delivery.

HOW TO EXCHANGE:

1. Complete the return form indicating the desired product or size for exchange. Include the returned item number och reason for return.

2. Pack the returned items along with the completed return form.

3. For exchanges, the new item is dispatched once the return is received by us. Returns are typically processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the return package. Refunds are issued promptly following processing.

Please allow 1-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE SWEDEN

Ensure goods and packaging are returned undamaged, clean, and with tags intact. If received as part of a promotional campaign, also return any accompanying gifts. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note, returns sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

1. Pack the returned items and book your own return shipping.

2. Returns are typically processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the return package. Refunds will be issued promptly thereafter. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. To exchange sizes, kindly place a new order.

PAID BY INVOICE?

If you have selected invoice as your payment method and plan to return one or more items, you can postpone payment until the return has been processed. You will not receive a new invoice; instead, please settle the original invoice for the purchase.

You can also log in to Klarna to see the updated invoice amount. Here you can extend your return due date to avoid reminders before the return process is finalized.
