RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS IN SWEDEN

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send it back in the same condition as it was received. This means the product must be:

- Undamaged and clean

- Unused, with all original tags attached

- In its original packaging

If your purchase included a promotional gift, this must also be returned for the return to be approved.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not accept returns sent with cash on delivery or payment on delivery.


Return & Exchange Policy

You have a 14-day return and exchange period from the day you receive your order.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a refund or process an exchange according to your request.


How long does a return take?

Once your return has arrived to us, it is usually processed within 2–3 business days.

As soon as the return is approved, your refund will be issued. Please note that it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Please note: Shipping costs are not refunded.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

1. Fill in the return form

Start by completing the return form above. Enter your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase, then follow the instructions provided.
We will check if the size you wish to exchange for is available in stock.

  • If the size is available – the exchange will be approved.

  • If the size is not available – we unfortunately cannot complete the exchange.


2. Pack and return the item

Pack the item in the same condition as when you received it, together with the return form. Make sure the product is unused, clean, undamaged, and includes all original tags and packaging.


3. Delivery of your new item

Once we have received and processed your return, the new item will be shipped to you (provided the exchange has been approved and the requested size is in stock).


EXCHANGES & RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE SWEDEN

If you wish to make an exchange, please send the item back to us in the same condition as it was received. The item must be:

- Unused, clean, and undamaged

- With all original tags attached

- In its original packaging

How to make an exchange from outside Sweden

2. Return processing
Once the return package has arrived, it is usually processed within 2–3 business days.
After the return is approved, the refund will be issued. Please note that it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are not refunded.


3. Place a new order
For customers outside Sweden, replacement items are not sent automatically.
If you wish to change size or product, simply place a new order in the webshop.

Delivery cost & Delivery time

Domestic delivery cost (Sweden):

  • Shipping fee: SEK 99 for orders under SEK 800.
  • Orders within Sweden are sent with Schenker to an agent or home delivery with UPS Express for SEK 299.
  • Delivery time: 2-3 working days.

International delivery costs:

  • International orders are shipped with UPS.
  • Delivery time: Up to 7 working days.
  • Scandinavia: SEK 300 shipping fee.
  • Rest of Europe: SEK 500 shipping fee.
  • Asia, Australia & USA: SEK 1000 shipping fee.

Try on shoes at home

THINK ABOUT THIS WHEN TRYING ON SHOES AT HOME

- It is best to do this on a carpet or soft surface to avoid marks and scratches on the leather soles. Rubber soles can be tested on hard floors.

- Do not go outdoors. Shoes and boots that have been used outdoors cannot be returned.

- For Oxfords, Derbys and monk shoes/boots: lace up the shoes completely to minimize creases on the instep (vamp).

- For loafers: use a shoe horn or the cardboard support that is in the shoe to get your foot in. This protects the toe cap from damage.

When trying on the shoes, try not to bend them all the way in. You can tell if the shoes are too big or too small without having to take more than a few steps.
You should not be able to fit an index finger between the heel and the toe cap when your foot is in the shoe.
The toes should not be at the very front.
A little heel play is normal in new shoes. It will decrease as the shoes mold to your feet over time.

Shoes and boots that fit properly are comfortable from the first moment you try them on.

Prices

  • Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT of 25%.
  • Shipping fee, cash on delivery fees and invoice fees are added.
  • Within the EU, the prices are shown with the respective country's VAT.
  • For countries outside the EU, prices are shown without VAT, and customs duty is added upon delivery.

Exchanges & Returns within Europe

Exchanges and returns take place via the return form

Exchange of goods:

  • In case of exchange, you have the right to buy a new item for each returned item. Any difference will be refunded.
  • You are responsible for the return cost in the event of an exchange.

Return:

  • You are responsible for return costs yourself. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
  • The refund is made within 30 days after the return is received and approved.
  • The refund is made using the same method of payment as at the time of purchase.

Exchanges & Returns outside Europe

Outside Europe:

  • You are responsible for return costs in the event of an exchange/return

  • Odd Stock are models that are part of the range, the last pair from an MTO (Made to Order) collection or sample models before an MTO.
