HOW TO SWITCH:
1. Fill in the return form , write which product or size you wish to exchange for.
On the return form, you also state the number returned and the reason for the return.
2. Pack up the goods to be returned together with the return form.
3. In the event of an exchange, the new item is sent to the customer only when the return has been returned to us.
The return is normally processed within 2-3 working days after we receive the return package. The money will be refunded as soon as the return has been processed. Note that it may take 1-3 working days before the money is back in your account after a refund from us. Note that the shipping cost is not refundable.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE SWEDEN
1. Pack up the goods to be sent back and book your own return shipping.
2. The return is normally processed within 2-3 working days after we receive the return package. The money will be refunded as soon as the return has been processed. 3. Place a new order if you wish to change the size
PAID BY INVOICE?
If you have chosen invoice as the payment method and are to send one or more products in return, you can wait to pay the invoice until the return shipment has been processed. You will not receive a new invoice after return, but pay via the original invoice for the purchase.
You can also log in to Klarna to see the updated invoice amount. Here you can also extend your return due date, so you don't get a reminder before the return is complete.
