Shipping policy

PRICES:
Within the EU, prices are displayed including the respective country’s VAT.
For countries outside the EU, prices are shown without VAT, and customs duties are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Shipping within Sweden:
The shipping cost for orders within Sweden is 100 SEK. Orders exceeding a total value of 800 SEK qualify for free shipping. We ship our products with Schenker, allowing you to choose to pick up your package at one of our retailers or your nearest postal service point.

Shipping outside Sweden:
We ship our products with UPS:

• Scandinavia – 300 SEK

• Rest of Europe – 500 SEK

• Asia, Australia & USA – 1000 SEK

The standard delivery time is 3–7 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you. Shoes ordered via Crowdsource with a timer will be delivered in the following season. For example, if the order is placed in spring, the shoes will be delivered in autumn, and vice versa.

Delays:
If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Naturally, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, in the case of a significant delay, you have the right to cancel your purchase. There may be situations beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling an order, such as our suppliers being unable to meet their commitments to us. Hammargruppen reserves the right to disclaim liability for compensation in such situations or in the event of delivery delays.

Damages:
If your package and/or its contents are damaged during transport when you receive it, you must report it immediately at the delivery location.

Insurance:
All our packages are insured and will be compensated in case of loss during shipping.
