How do I choose the right size and last

The fit is affected by size, last, and model. Feel free to start with our size guide and last guide, where we explain the differences between various fits. If you are still unsure, we are happy to help with personal size advice.

What are the delivery costs and how long is the delivery time

Domestic delivery cost (Sweden):

Shipping fee: SEK 99 for orders under SEK 800.
Orders within Sweden are sent with PostNord to a service point or parcel locker.
Delivery time: 2-3 business days.

International delivery costs:

International orders are shipped with UPS.
Delivery time: Up to 7 business days.
Scandinavia: SEK 300 shipping fee.
Rest of Europe: SEK 500 shipping fee.
Asia, Australia & USA: SEK 1000 shipping fee.

Are any purchases non-returnable

Yes. Made to Order, custom orders, and other personalised products are specially manufactured for you and are therefore not normally covered by the usual right to return or exchange. Any exceptions will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

How do I try on shoes at home

Always try on the shoes indoors on a clean and soft surface. A new quality shoe should fit snugly without pinching or causing pain. Minor heel movement may occur with some models before the shoe has molded to the foot. If you are unsure about the fit, we are happy to help before you use the shoes outdoors.

Where are your products manufactured

All shoes are made in England and Austria, in factories with a long tradition of genuine craftsmanship and uncompromising quality.

Our shoe care products are produced in France, where expertise and carefully selected ingredients are central.

Our socks and belts are manufactured in Italy, focusing on materials, comfort, and top-class detailed work.

What is Odd Stock

Odd Stock consists of discontinued models, last pairs from MTO collections, and sample models. They are sold at a reduced price and are not typically restocked. Some pairs may have minor sample or color variations.
