Terms of purchase
1. General conditions
Hammargruppen AB (Hammargruppen), registration number 556710-7502, applies both the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. To complete an order, you must be of legal age, 18 years, or have a guardian's consent. Hammargruppen reserves the right to refuse purchase.
Hammargruppen reserves the right for changes in the assortment and cannot be held responsible for delivering sold-out or expired products. Hammargruppen also has the right to remove goods from the assortment before the purchase has gone through.
Hammargruppen further reserves the right for any printing errors on this website. Regarding images and associated captions for our products, we do not guarantee that they accurately reflect the actual appearance of the item.
3. Order within Sweden
Hammargruppen's products can be ordered via www.hammargruppen.se , e-mail or telephone. Incoming orders are answered with a written order confirmation via email. The order is binding from the moment you receive an order confirmation. Therefore, if you have placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately. If you want to change your order, you can only do so before the order has left our warehouse.
All goods remain Hammargruppen's property until the company has received full payment. Should an item not be in stock, we will contact you and note the remaining stock. When we receive the backlisted item, we will send it to you. If you do not want the backlisted item, you can always contact Hammargruppen and cancel it.
4. Orders outside Sweden
Now we can finally receive orders directly via our website to countries outside of Sweden. Payment is via PayPal and delivery is via UPS.

All prices are stated including Swedish VAT, currently 25% and stated in Swedish kronor (SEK). Hammargruppen reserves itself for VAT increases and other price changes that we cannot control. Hammargruppen therefore reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors. Fee for shipping and any cash on delivery fee or invoice fee is added.
Prices within the EU are shown with the respective country's VAT. For countries outside Europe, the prices are shown without the Swedish VAT and will be subject to customs clearance upon delivery.
Shipping within Sweden :
The shipping cost for orders within Sweden is SEK 99. Orders with an order value exceeding SEK 800 are sent free of charge. We send our products with Schenker, where you have the option of picking up your package at one of our retailers or at your nearest post office.
Shipping outside of Sweden:
We use UPS shipment to send your orders.

Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days. If deviations occur, we will contact you. Shoes ordered via Crowdsource with a timer are delivered the season after the order is placed. For example, if the order is placed in the spring, the shoe will be delivered in the autumn and vice versa.
If a delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of extensive delivery delays. Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to complete an order, for example if our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitments to us. Hammargruppen reserves the right to waive compensation to you in such situations or in the event of a delivery delay.
If your package and/or its contents are damaged in transit when you receive them, you must immediately report it on site.
All of our packages are insured and will be reimbursed if lost during shipping.
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you have a problem with a product, you should of course contact us. Normally, you are responsible for shipping costs to our service workshop. The receipt for the goods paid for is valid as a warranty card. Therefore, always save the receipt during the warranty period.
9. Right of withdrawal e.g
Hammargruppen applies the Distance Shopping Act. This means that you have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal (return or exchange) without any particular reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. Right of withdrawal from the Consumer Purchase Act . Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The product must be returned in unchanged condition, in the original packaging together with a completed return form . Hammargruppen reserves the right to charge you if something is missing, for example a shoe bag.
Hammargruppen reserves the right to charge for the reduction in value of the goods if the consumer uses or handles the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine them. Hammargruppen does not provide a right of withdrawal on the purchase of specially ordered products, e.g. Specials from a selected manufacturer, shoes from Crowdsource or Group Made to Order, as well as goods that have been modified according to your wishes, for example fitting toe irons or spar soles.
Please contact us before returning the product. You are responsible for return costs yourself. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be redeemed. Refunds are made within 30 days from when we receive and approve your return. The refund is made in the same way and to the same account that you used at the time of purchase.
In the event of an exchange, you have the right to purchase a new item for each returned item. You are responsible for return costs yourself. Any difference will be refunded. Please contact us before returning the product. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
Hammargruppen applies the Consumer Purchase Act in the event of complaints. If you want to advertise an item, you must notify us within two months of noticing the error. We will then make an assessment of your complaint and rectify the error in the first instance. If the fault cannot be fixed, we will replace you with a new product. If we are unable to replace you with a new product, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get your money back. Always fill out the return form and send it in with your package. Remember not to redeem packages with visible errors that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. In that case, make a complaint to Schenker directly at the delivery point. Ask them to send the package back to Hammargruppen and write the reason for the return on the package.
11. Unredeemed Packages
If for some reason you do not redeem your package, you must pay the costs of shipping and any cash on delivery fee. Unredeemed packages are charged a fee that is charged in arrears. In the event of non-payment, the claims are unconditionally forwarded to the debt collection service. No exceptions are made.
In case of complaints or comments regarding Hammargruppen's products or services, contact us here . If you are not satisfied with how we handled your case, you are welcome to contact the General Complaints Board (ARN) at www.arn.se. We always follow ARN's recommendations.
