- Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord to a service point or parcel locker.

Returns & Open Purchase
Right of return and exchange: You have a 14-day right of return and exchange from the day you receive your order. Once we have received and approved the return, you will receive a refund or exchange as requested.
How long does a return take?
Once we have received your return package, the return is usually processed within 2–3 business days.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued immediately. Please note that it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
