Domestic shipping costs (Sweden):
- Shipping fee: 99 SEK for orders under 800 SEK.
- Orders within Sweden are shipped with PostNord to a service point or parcel locker.
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days.
International shipping costs:
- International orders are shipped with UPS.
- Delivery time: Up to 7 business days.
- Scandinavia: 300 SEK shipping fee.
- Rest of Europe: 500 SEK shipping fee.
- Asia, Australia & USA: 1000 SEK shipping fee.
Countries outside the EU: For deliveries to countries outside the EU, local VAT, customs duties, and other import charges may apply. These charges are paid by the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost at Hammargruppen.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Right to return and exchange: You have a 14-day right to return and exchange from the day you received your order. Once we have received and approved the return, you will receive a refund or exchange as requested.
How long does a return take?
Once we have received your return package, the return is usually processed within 2–3 business days.
Once the return is approved, the refund is issued immediately. Please note that it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
