Please read the following privacy policy carefully to understand how and for what purposes we process your personal data. Changes are announced by publishing the new terms and conditions on Hammargruppen's website, and we therefore recommend that you read them regularly. 1. What is personal data?

Personal data refers to all information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a natural person living today. Even photos, audio recordings or encrypted data of various electronic identities are counted as personal data if they can be linked to physical persons.

The Data Protection Regulation or GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) applies within the EU. The regulation entered into force on 28 May 2018 with the aim of ensuring an equivalent level of protection of personal data within the Union and to ensure that the free flow of personal data is not impeded. 3. General information about Hammargruppen's privacy policy

Hammargruppen protects your privacy and complies with applicable legislation at all times. This policy only applies to Hammargruppen's customers and users of Hammargruppen's website. By submitting your personal data to us and agreeing to the applicable terms, you consent to your personal data being processed in accordance with what is stated in this privacy policy. If the law requires a more specific consent from you, we will of course ask for such consent.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent's or guardian's consent to shop with us. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors and if we already find that we have collected such information, without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will take steps to have this data deleted.

4. Use of personal data

By being on Hammargruppen's customer list, you accept that Hammargruppen collects, manages, stores and uses, as well as otherwise processes, your personal data in order for Hammargruppen to be able to provide the products provided via Hammargruppen's website. For persons under the age of 18, the guardian's consent is required as a starting point for the registration and handling of personal data. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are either over 18 or that your guardian consents to Hammargruppen storing and handling your personal data in accordance with these terms. Hammargruppen reserves the right to have the consent verified.

Hammargruppen may disclose personal data to third parties, such as the police or other authorities, if it concerns the investigation of a crime or if Hammargruppen is otherwise obliged to disclose such information based on law or authority decision.

Hammargruppen does not transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, but if we e.g. has a subcontractor in a country outside the EU/EEA or it is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations towards you, the transfer of Personal Data outside the EU/EEA can take place even if that country, according to the European Commission, does not have adequate protection for personal data. Through this privacy policy, you agree that personal data about you can be transferred to companies and organizations, both within and outside the EU.

5. Purpose for processing personal data

Hammargruppen uses personal data mainly to be able to administer your purchases and your account with us via "My Page". This is required so that we can fulfill our obligations according to the purchase agreement. If the necessary information is not provided, we must refuse your purchase.

In other respects, Hammargruppen uses personal data in order to be able to send out information about news in the company or its products and for our customers to be able to use our website and place orders via it. This is also done to be able to inform about news in the range and various campaigns.

6. Storage times

Hammargruppen saves all the personal data we collect in our customer database. The same personal data can be stored in several different places for different purposes. This may mean that data that has been removed from a system because it is no longer necessary may remain in another system where it is stored with the support of consent or for another purpose where the personal data is still needed. However, we never save your personal data longer than is necessary for the respective purpose.

Your personal data is saved for three (3) years or until you as a customer choose to actively delete your information. After that, only information that is necessary based on the Accounting Act will be saved.

Hammargruppen processes Personal Data in accordance with the applicable law at any given time. This means, for example, that Hammargruppen deletes or de-identifies personal data when the purpose for processing the personal data no longer exists.

7. Technical and organizational measures for secure processing of personal data

We are the only ones who own the information collected about you. Your personally identifiable information will not be sold or traded to any other company without your consent. Hammargruppen takes ongoing measures to fulfill the principles of "built-in data protection and data protection as standard". This is done by Hammargruppen continuously evaluating the risks of the personal data processing that takes place and taking the necessary security measures to reduce these risks. We therefore continuously train our staff in data protection issues.

8. Your rights

You have the right, after a written application to Hammargruppen, to receive information about what personal data is registered about you. You can ask for any incorrect personal data to be corrected. You can also apply to have personal data deleted. These applications are submitted by contacting us via our email info@hammargruppen.se.

Please note, however, that even if consent is revoked, Hammargruppen may still have the right to process your personal data on other legal grounds, such as fulfilling an agreement or to meet the requirements of the Accounting Act. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that marketing that is linked to your browser and that is cookie-based must be deactivated yourself in your browser's settings.

Delivery cost & Delivery time

Domestic delivery cost (Sweden):

  • Shipping fee: SEK 99 for orders under SEK 800.
  • Orders within Sweden are sent with Schenker to an agent or home delivery with UPS Express for SEK 299.
  • Delivery time: 2-3 working days.

International delivery costs:

  • International orders are shipped with UPS.
  • Delivery time: Up to 7 working days.
  • Scandinavia: SEK 300 shipping fee.
  • Rest of Europe: SEK 500 shipping fee.
  • Asia, Australia & USA: SEK 1000 shipping fee.

Prices

  • Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include Swedish VAT of 25%.
  • Shipping fee, cash on delivery fees and invoice fees are added.
  • Within the EU, the prices are shown with the respective country's VAT.
  • For countries outside the EU, prices are shown without VAT, and customs duty is added upon delivery.

Exchanges & Returns within Europe

Exchanges and returns take place via the return form

Exchange of goods:

  • In case of exchange, you have the right to buy a new item for each returned item. Any difference will be refunded.
  • You are responsible for the return cost in the event of an exchange.

Return:

  • You are responsible for return costs yourself. Returns sent against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
  • The refund is made within 30 days after the return is received and approved.
  • The refund is made using the same method of payment as at the time of purchase.

Outside Europe:

  • You are responsible for return costs in the event of an exchange/return
