The length of the shoe blocks is indicated in the extended position when the spring pushes the shoe out fully. Since the blocks are made by hand from the natural material cedar wood, there is a margin of approximately 1.5 cm. The shoe blocks are made with Crockett & Jones last as a starting point. We recommend the use of full foot blocks for all lace-stitched shoes.
