Like all Crockett & Jones men's shoes, the Westfield is the result of meticulous craftsmanship in Northampton, England. The shoes are made from leather from Europe's leading tanneries and undergo over 200 handcrafted steps , taking up to eight weeks to complete. Returns & Open Purchase
Returns and exchanges: You have a 14-day right of return and exchange from the day you received your order. Once we have received and approved the return, you will receive a refund or exchange as requested.
How long does a return take?
Once we have received your return package, returns are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued immediately. Please note that it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
